unpleasant smell poor soundproofing
the owner gave useful information and recommendations upon arrival and throughout my stay, convenient.
The bathroom had a really unpleasant smell. it seemed to come from the drains and lingered the entire time. also, the soundproofing wasn't good. i could hear a lot of street noise and conversations from other rooms. Sleep was difficult.

basic stay with issues
stained bedding distant location
the bedding really bothered me it had stains all over it i found dried blood on the sheets it seemed unhygienic. even the spare set in the closet was stained. the location is not ideal it is quite far from popular spots such as the trevi fountain shops and restaurants.

amazing stay!
fantastic host convenient location equipped kitchen
Giordano was a fantastic host. He provided great local recommendations and promptly answered all questions. the location is super convenient, only a 15-minute walk to the colosseum!!! the room was spacious and cozy. the b&b has a kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, and refrigerator .

The accommodation is very well situated. It is within a 15-minute walk to the colosseum. manzoni metro station is also just a short walk away, about 2-3 minutes. many restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.
